Dan Carmody is the founder of Converge Events, the conference platform behind four executive-level events: the U.S. BankTech Summit (formerly the U.S. Fintech Symposium), Fintech Risk & Compliance Forum, CU Growth & Innovation Summit, and Treasury Leadership Summit. These conferences deliver strategic insights, enable peer-to-peer collaboration, and support decision-makers across the banking, treasury, and financial services industries.

Dan’s commitment to financial innovation began with treasury roles at Arthur Andersen, Equity Office Properties, and AON Corporation. In 2002, he founded TreaSolution, a consultancy that evolved into a multi-service firm providing treasury consulting, executive training, and event production.

A recognized educator and industry speaker, Dan previously taught the Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) course at Northwestern University and has delivered more than 150 presentations on treasury strategy, financial technology, and leadership. He is known for translating complex financial topics into clear, actionable strategies for senior executives.
